1. Acceptance of Terms By dining in this restaurant, accessing our services, or using the Dishcover AR menu and product visualization system, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the AR system or associated digital services. 2. Purpose of the Dishcover AR System The Dishcover AR system is provided as: a visual aid for food presentation, a digital menu reference, and an enhanced customer experience tool. The AR models and images are representative visualizations only and may not be an exact physical replica of the actual dish. Actual serving appearance, size, plating, and presentation may vary. 3. Product Information & Pricing Disclaimer The following may be subject to change without prior notice: menu items and availability pricing and portion sizes ingredients and garnish details The restaurant shall not be liable for: minor visual differences between AR models and served dishes temporary unavailability of certain menu items typographical or pricing discrepancies Customers are encouraged to ask staff for clarification before placing orders. 4. Allergies, Ingredients & Food Safety The AR system does not provide full allergen or nutritional information. Customers with: allergies dietary restrictions medical or health-related concerns must inform restaurant staff before ordering. The customer acknowledges responsibility for reviewing ingredient concerns prior to consumption. 5. Device Compatibility & System Availability The Dishcover AR system may not function on all mobile devices. Limitations may include: some Android devices without AR support unstable internet connectivity performance or rendering issues during high traffic periods The restaurant and Dishcover AR shall not be responsible for: device incompatibility connection failures AR feature limitations or interruptions Use of the system is optional and not required to place an order. 6. Customer Conduct & Proper Use Customers agree to use the AR system responsibly and shall not: modify, copy, or extract AR assets stream or record proprietary 3D models for duplication engage in disruptive or inappropriate behavior while using the system Misuse of the platform may result in refusal of service. 7. Intellectual Property Rights All: AR food models digital assets menu content branding and trademarks are the intellectual property of the restaurant and/or the Dishcover AR System. Customers are granted view-only access for personal use while dining. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use is prohibited. 8. Data Privacy Notice The Dishcover AR system does not collect sensitive personal information unless explicitly stated. If optional analytics or interaction logs are collected, they are used solely for: system performance improvement service enhancement user experience research No payment processing occurs inside the Dishcover AR system. All payments remain handled via the restaurant’s standard cashier or POS process. 9. Limitation of Liability The restaurant shall not be liable for: dissatisfaction due to AR visual differences device malfunction or access issues misinterpretation of digital product visuals indirect or incidental damages arising from system use Customer purchases remain final unless covered by store policy. 10. Amendments to Terms The restaurant reserves the right to: update these Terms & Conditions at any time modify menu content or AR materials without prior notice The latest version shall apply upon posting or implementation.
